Food crisis in South Sudan – Donate & help save lives

South Sudan is now in the grip of a food crisis that could plunge the world’s newest nation into catastrophe. Uprooted from their homes by conflict and unable to plant their fields, more than a million people have fled to the safest places they can find, including UN bases and neighboring countries, and nearly seven million people are at risk of severe food insecurity.

Despite the challenges of risk and logistics, Oxfam has already reached more than 261,000 people with emergency food, clean water and sanitation services, and vouchers for other essentials such as fuel-efficient stoves and charcoal for cooking. But to keep pace with the demands of this emergency, we urgently need your support to help protect lives. Please donate now.
